This is NOT the same Madárka, madárka song from Andrea's first album with the same title; that is a csángó folk song from Moldva (the Romanian part of ancient Moldavia, see Map), and originates from before the first half of the 19th century. This one here is from after that time period. There are many Hungarian folk songs with these beginning words.
